
Never knew we had Pronghorn this close to Boise until seeing this small group right down the road from where I live. They were fine with cars passing by, but if you slowed or stopped, their heads would pop up and pretty soon they’d be trotting/bouncing away. Luckily I saw them out there several different nights so had several attempts at a shot. I pulled over before getting too close and walked along side the opposite side of the road until I was close enough. Even then, they sensed me and started to move away. This shot was the clearest.
