Greenbelt Walks

Now that we are deep in the midst of snow flakes and frost covered windshields, I find myself reminiscent of warmer times earlier this year.

There are several outdoor places in Boise that clear my mind and rejuvenate me. One of these places is the famous Boise greenbelt.

Hours spent along this winding path in heart of Boise have saved me from darker places in the mind and soothed my soul. It could be the lush green trees, or the peaceful birds that help to re-center me. Maybe its the smooth flowing water whispering gently in my ears, or the friendly smiles of others as they pass.

No, it is all of these things and much more. It really has a magic of its own. Throwing on an episode of Andrew Rayel’s find your harmony radio and taking off on the greenbelt with my camera is pure therapy. Here are a few shots from warmer days this year, see you there sometime!
